Playa Potrero is located 175 miles from the city of San Jose, 45 miles from Liberia International Airport and 15 miles from the local airport in the town of Tamarindo. To get to Playa Potrero tourists should take the following route: Liberia-Guardia-Philadelphia-Huacas-Brasilito Beach and from there directly to the place. The paved road ceases to be about 4 miles of Playa Brasilito.
